Class Structure

Basic Program & Flying Dragons = 30 Minutes
Black Belt Life Skills & Leadership Program = 50 Minutes

Training Levels

Flying Dragons = Children ages 4-6
Basic = White, Gold, Orange, and Green Belt
Intermediate = Purple through Brown/Black Belt
Black Belts = Black Belt
